My story, my mission, and the path that brought me from Rio de Janeiro to Florida.
From Public Service to Purpose
I was born on January 7, 1971, in Rio de Janeiro. I graduated in Hospital Administration and spent over twenty years building and leading health systems in Brazil — from systems programmer to Municipal Secretary of Health of Teresópolis.
Along the way, I also became a speaker, a certified coach through the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching, and led urban mission, evangelism, and outreach teams within the church. Today, based in Winter Park, Florida, I'm a licensed life insurance agent and the creator of Pronto Para Vencer — an ecosystem devoted to helping people flourish, protect their families, and live out their purpose.
Two Decades in the Making
Start in Healthcare Management
Data-entry and systems programmer at ServData; Managing Partner at FATURY, implementing hospital billing and management systems.
Consulting & Entrepreneurship
Managing Partner at West Consult, working in consulting, process auditing, and team development in healthcare and telecom.
Public Leadership
Project Coordinator at CIAP, Deputy Secretary, and in 2015, Municipal Secretary of Health of Teresópolis.

A New Chapter in Florida
Moved to Winter Park, FL. Real estate development studies and, in 2025, licensing as a Life Insurance Agent by the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Pronto Para Vencer
Launched the channel and ecosystem Pronto Para Vencer — over 1,700 daily episodes published, blending personal development, faith, and financial planning.
